Answer the questions directly on the Milestone 2 Template and submit it by Sunday of Week 4 to receive faculty feedback.
Conduct your Course Project Milestone 2 Conversation with the Selected Nurse after receiving instructor approval in the Gradebook for your Phase 1 Selected Nurse Information in Week 2. Schedule the interview and record the historical information by Saturday of Week 4. Recordings must be completed face to face or over the phone.
