Bonnie Wallace

Bonnie Wallace is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, and 500-RYT. She lives her life in color—cooking, singing, traveling, writing, diving, and soaking up life through every pore. She translates this vivaciousness to her work in the community and in Private Yoga Therapy, guiding others to uncover their vibrant joyous nature and share it with the world.

She is passionate about living in harmony with nature. She believes that nature is the most powerful medicine and that our best chance for healing is to turn awareness away from the external and dive deeper internally, even if—especially if—it’s scary. Discomfort builds Tapas (willpower) and transformation. She offers her services as a guide along the way for support, accountability, and reassurance that you’re doing a really good job!
