Bridget Malherbe, hailing from the East Coast of beautiful South Africa, is a lover and wonderer who enjoys walking amongst trees, wading in the ocean, admiring flowers and drinking coffee at sunrise. Forever curious, she is a great life experimenter and lover of the simple things in life. Bridget thinks with her heart and believes that love, kindness and connection make the world go round. She is a primary school and kids yoga teacher, passionate about helping little people see their worth and navigate the waters of life.
