Carrie Pokorney is a yoga facilitator, energy worker, and teacher of gentleness & inner peace. Inspired by her observations in nature, psychology, her own inner struggles, and encounters with human beings, Carrie has taken wedges of her heart and jarred them into weekly meditations to help others find grounding and inner peace. She holds space for pain, and extends gentle reminders in her meditations that you are sacred, you are divine, and you are not alone.

She lives in Chicago with her wild toddler and untamed garden.
