Darkness in the Light & Light in the Darkness: Growing up with an Alcoholic Mom.
Tina Bonifacio’s life began in Cascais, Portugal and she has since lived in a multitude of places in the world. This is likely why she gravitated to a career teaching ESL (English as a Second Language). She has practiced yoga her whole adult life. She worked many years in the solar industry, has long been a renewable energy advocate. She was a competitive triathlete for some years. Nowadays, she loves hiking and urban bicycling. And birding. These days she’s concentrating on her writing and is seeking her next career. As language is a passion, she keeps up a study of French, Italian, and Spanish. She misses having an animal to care for. (Well, there’s her human honey; *much* gratitude for him). She has self-diagnosed with a wee touch of the ADHD.
