Chris Lemig has been a hypnotherapist since 2019. Prior to this he spent several years as Buddhist monk studying philosophy, meditation, and religious ritual in India and Nepal. Some of his teachers include His Holiness XIV Dalai Lama, The 17th Karmapa, and other recognized Buddhist scholars and masters.
Upon returning to the United States in 2016, he began studying hypnotherapy and NLP as a way to bridge the gap between ancient spiritual technologies and up-to-date scientific knowledge of the mind. He founded True Nature Hypnotherapy in 2019 where he works with private clients to heal past traumas and create powerful, healthy changes in their lives.
