Caybin Sturgess

My passion and purpose in life lies within seeing that glint in someone’s eye when they speak of their truest passion, the way their body becomes alive, their aura shines and you feel their heart begin to race through their words, emotion and just passion of being alive!

With the dream of helping people find this moment in all of life, through sharing with others that with tools of self empowerment and self realisation one can truly heal themselves from mental, emotional and physical distress. To be whole moment to moment.  Through the art of meditation, practise of Yoga, expression of sound and conscious awareness of diet to align for a happier more vibrant life. 

This journey of awakening with self and to be of service to others has led me throughout villages in Thailand, walking and wandering through Nepal, the mountains of India, retreat centres and small villages of Cambodia, the islands of Indonesia and along the eastern coasts of Australia living connecting with indigenous communities and a few riff raff types along the way! Throughout it all the expression of finding joy, happiness and peace within each moment is what makes us truly alive and I wish to share this with all sentient beings for the truest expression of liberation.
