Claire Hatwell is the author of the book My Not So Secret Recovery. She is a wife and mum of three teenagers, a toddler, and a Labrador. Having been sober since September 2016, she would describe the journey as one of the most challenging and rewarding journeys of her life. Overcoming her addiction to wine allowed her to explore and learn about herself, finding new loves like running and yoga. Claire writes a blog called My Not So Secret Diary addressing sobriety, mental health, and life in general and her writing has been featured on sites such as Soberistas and Living Sober.
