My Therapist Helped Me Understand that Pre-Grieving is a Thing.
Crystal Tomlinson is a wild-turned-woman-child and isn’t sure if she’ll ever grow up. A lifelong daydreamer and nomad wannabe, she craves change and sometimes wonders if she traveled with a Romani caravan in a past life. A former triathlon coach and Ironman, she is no stranger to hard work and has a natural talent for guiding people toward accomplishing their dreams. Finding healing through writing, Crystal feels that sharing her story is a way to benefit our beautiful and traumatized world, and she has made it her mission to spread mental health awareness.
