Nicole Miles

Nicole Miles is the owner of Cultivate Yoga Wellness and Coaching. Nicole teaches both yoga and mindfulness in eastern Pennsylvania, is a soul coach, the creator of All One Mindful Triathlon, and a mother to three school-aged girls. She has been a practicing student of yoga for nearly 20 years and a student of the body, mind, and soul her whole life. Soul Coaching both groups and individuals is Nicole’s passion. Her mission is to help people find their way back to their heart, to their authentic selves, and to help eliminate any false beliefs people have blocking them from living their own path of freedom and fulfillment.
