Vivian Best’s genius zone is building community for women to share their authentic truths, for the benefit of themselves and those around them! She helps people feel supported, heard, and expansive in their possibilities. She supports women to unleash the brilliance of their voices as a WomanSpeak Circle Leader, brings women together for story and resource sharing in her weekly Sparked games, and helps people sense more possibility and joy of movement in their bodies in the Awareness Through Movement classes that she teaches as a Feldenkrais Practitioner. She’s a mother who delights in time away from her child and appreciates the connections and community that have become possible once she acknowledged her deep need for social connection.

I took a Pussy Painting Workshop with my Daughter.
We're community-driven. We're dedicated to sharing "the mindful life" beyond the core or choir, to all those who don't yet know they give a care. We focus on anything that's good for you, good for others, and good for our planet.
