Just a Mom who has lived a lot of life with amazing kids and now a couple grandkids, too, yah! I have a cop husband who was my high school sweetheart, and we are each others’ person, through good, bad and all else, lol!  We live in a small town called High River, Alberta, CAN.

I operate a Dayhome in our home, and have been fortunate to help raise others’ precious kids for the past 15 years. I am passionate about learning new things, from our kids and everywhere, new ideas, ways of doing things, connecting to others, then sharing what I learn.  I love to create with cooking and baking and have dreams of sharing that on a bigger scale too, as I recieve comments like “I haven’t tasted a pie like that since my grandma made them!”.  Well, I learned from my Grandma and my Mom, so that makes sense, haha.  It’s a dying art/skill, they say? I love feeding people, loving people, making them happy.

Someday I hope to live in a cabin on a hill, with more simplicity, giving, love, connection, slower time, star gazing, bikeriding, kids, gardens, tree house, winding fairy paths, tea parties, a refuge for others’ and myself.
