Candy Parker was born with an innate passion for writing and creating and has been crafting stories since her pre-teen years. As emphasis to her dedication to writing, she humorously shares that she asked for a Thesaurus and an IBM Selectric Typewriter for her 16th birthday rather than a car.
Originally from Virginia, Candy moved to Arizona a decade ago and now resides in a retirement community outside of Phoenix with her four dogs. Ironically, they are the only ones in the household who’ve managed to retire.
When not working in the field that keeps the lights on and the dogs fed, she enjoys writing, creating abstract art, binge-watching documentaries, and spending far too much time on TikTok. She is the author/creator of the newly released Daily Glimmers Journal now available on Amazon.
