Dalise Weddle is a yoga teacher and aspiring writer. She found yoga and mindfulness after a dark childhood and grief. She brings yoga and mindfulness to elementary schools and all of those in need of the light. She loves creative writing and journaling about everything, and quit business school in order to follow her dreams of reaching people with her words and yoga.
