Giving & Receiving: The Different Ways we can Help.
Dean T. Hurtt is a spiritually grounded world traveler that is presently a Marketing Manager for Sounds True and Eckhart Tolle Teachings over the past 7 years. He has also worked on projects alongside authors such as Thich Nhat Hahn, Pema Chödrön, Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, Adyashanti, Seane Corn, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Marianne Williamson, and others. Enlisted for 4 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, Dean gained diverse life experience being stationed across the globe; from New Jersey, California, Virginia, South Carolina, several 2-month oversea Caribbean voyages on a 378-foot ship, and a year spent living in the Middle East during the Iraq War. Following his military enlistment, Dean studied philosophy, journalism, and religious studies at the University of Colorado Boulder. During breaks between Dean’s time in the Coast Guard and college, he spent 1 month traveling across Thailand and 3 months in South America, vagabonding solo with just a backpack and without a precise plan. Dean also disconnects from technology regularly by taking walks outdoors with his omnibenevolent doggy companion, Hypatia. You can find more about Dean or connect with him on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. (@deanhurtt).
