I am a White Woman. I don’t want to be Useless. I want to do the Work.
Elizabeth believes that most problems can be solved by giving stillness to the trees. She also relies on yoga, crochet, sewing, quilting, prayer, reiki, scripture and nature to keep her balanced. Elizabeth is largely inspired by healing- her own healing journey has been profound and she seeks to encourage healing in those around her. Elizabeth values a holistic approach to life and strives to honor all aspects of her being. Elizabeth’s writing journey started when she was a young girl making sense of trauma through poetry. Poetry has cleared her mind and saved her life time and again- her latest collection, the wildflower edition of Walking through the Forest: love, loss & other tall trees can be found on Amazon. A complete list of her work can be found on linktree.
