Elena Zheleva lives for simplicity, devotion, open-hearted conversations, playfulness, curiosity, wonder, and wisdom. She explores all of the above on a moment to moment basis—be it through the breath, the asana of mind and body, the healing touch as a massage therapist, the simple meals inspired by Ayurveda, the sacred family life, or spiritual studies of Buddhism, Kriya Yoga, and being a human.
She runs a small wellness studio on Cape Cod offering private yoga classes and therapeutic bodywork. Nature, motherhood, and family have been and continue to be her main source of inspiration, dedication, and joy. You can connect with her on her website and Instagram.
