Emma Sothern

Emma Sothern—aka Lady Alopecia—is a freelance copywriter and 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher. She lives and works in Hoi An, Vietnam, where she teaches Sunrise Hatha and Sunset Yin right on the sand. (Not a bad way of life, really…) Oh, she and probably drinks more coffee than she should. But it is Vietnam. It would be rude not to. ;)

Her interests lie in mindfulness, wellbeing and generally things/people that spread positivity. She also has a slight obsession with the colour yellow. And glitter.
