William Anderson, E-RYT 200, has been practicing law (reluctantly) for the past 30 years. In the late 90s, he discovered Zen Buddhism and soon realized that he needed to develop an exercise regimen designed to support his seated meditation practice. His journey began with Pilates, where he was certified as an instructor in 2008. He later found his way inside a yoga studio, where he was amazed by the depth of the practice. He was certified at the 200-hour level in 2013, and hopes to one day be certified at the 500-hour level. He teaches in Tallahassee, Florida. He is not special.
