7 Easy Ways to help your Nervous System Feel Connected, Safe & Calm.
Gabriella Taylor has felt lonely. She has binged and purged. She has been depressed, even suicidal. She has been in a coma. She’s a high school drop out with a high IQ. She’s struggled financially. She’s healed from early trauma (with the help of some extraordinary therapists) and has backpacked through 37 countries. She’s coached women who have been divorced, widowed, or in abusive relationships, who’ve miscarried or lost children, who struggle with body image issues, shame, perfectionism, and the pressure to overachieve.
She’s also a leader, a woman-centered coach and a guide. Her clients have great wealth, whether they married into, inherited or built it themselves and are philanthropists, non-profit founders, VP’s, CEO’s and Moms. What unites them is a desire to be the change they want to see in our rapidly changing world and to be confident, authentically expressed, kind to themselves while making a meaningful difference.
Over the past 20+ years, she has coached women through life-changing experiences. She’s been privy to the secret challenges of elite clients, from Grammy Award winning musicians to Victoria’s Secret models to Hollywood studio heads. And yes, they struggle with the same things everyone does: anxiety, mistrust, and imposter syndrome, to name a few.
Her love for learning is lifelong. She completed her MA in Spiritual Psychology around the turn of the century. She’s certified in Relational Neuroscience, IFS, and is an accredited Polyvagal informed practitioner. She’s also currently learning how to play Pickleball. She is in awe of the feminine heart, soul, and psyche. Oh, and she cherishes her kitties more than words can describe, is devoted to her husband Nicholas, and swoons over fragrant, heirloom roses.
