Georgina Hudson

Georgina Hudson is a natural empath and she has helped people since she was a very little girl (to the point of forgetting herself!). After having a dark night of the soul due to anxiety issues and chronic fatigue syndrome, she decided it was time to reclaim her calling and her power. She specialized in Mindfulness, Neuroscience, and Self-compassion. She later became an expert in Transpersonal Psychology and a Strategic Intervention Life Coach. She works online in English and Spanish. She enjoys calling herself “an emotional Georgie Holmes” because she is passionate about getting to the root causes that keep her clients stuck to help them unleash their full potential. She’s also a blogger and podcaster, volunteers at an NGO and is a teacher at University. She feels blessed to live with her hubby, kids, and dog in sunny and hip Barcelona, Spain.
