Hadley McClellan is a conference organizer by day, yoga teacher by joy, and an aspiring writer by hope. She loves to travel and hike. Hiking became a passion of hers when she lived in South America in her early 30s. It became her mind over matter push, got her out of the connected world to connect to herself. She loves practicing and teaching yoga for all the feels and all the benefits—physically, emotionally and spiritually. She hates running but has a semi-consistent practice. She has two senior dogs who she treats as her children, best friends, and saviors. She is officially an aunt to five kids, unofficially to about 40. She is a little sister and a daughter. She is a good and a loyal friend. Hadley has a habit of counting things as she does them—stairs she takes, texts she sends, seconds she washes her face. She takes care of her body and mind by living right and well, and she does that by getting in her greens and enjoying her tequila. She is on a journey of joy.
