Norah Solomon

“Carpe Diem” .. Norah lives life in the here and now with acceptance and gratitude; always thinking out of the box and keeping an open mind!

By trade, Norah is a multi-lingual Freelance Translator, Life Coach, and over 500-hour certified yoga teacher, trying to be a published writer :) She has been practicing yoga and meditation for more than 15 years. She believes that yoga is more than just ‘asanas’ or poses; it is a way of life.  She volunteers in multiple charities and institutions for causes that are dear and near to her heart; especially when it comes to women, children and animal rights. Hence, she formed her only-women Divine Feminine Circle gathering once a month at her home; as well as Norah’s Inner Circle: a Facebook closed group dedicated to women support for one another.

Norah’s home is where her heart is .. and that is where her cats are :)  She is a citizen of the Universe who loves traveling and living a nomad life. She currently lives in Calgary, Canada, but frequently travels to the US, Europe, and Egypt to be with family and friends; and above all for Self-exploration.
