She created CalmPassionate Coaching after seeing so many people put themselves down and talk themselves out of the life they deserved. She is also creating the Women’s Introvert Network, so introverted women all over the world can connect and to “do networking differently”.
Heather is a speaker, introverted feminist, digital marketer and meditation teacher. She is a fierce advocate for women’s rights, gender equality, mental health and period poverty. Heather loves writing, sugar-free baking, meditating over buckets of tea and is trying to read all the books in her local library. She also likes to sleep. A lot.
