Heather Skye

Heather Skye is a mother to five, bold coffee drinker, finder of quaint breweries in an effort to satiate her craving for the perfect craft beer, pitbull advocate and in general a wanderer with a lust to be in the trees and living a life unencumbered by walls and conformities. She absolutely adores the chaos and excitement of her large family, which is why she helped three other families achieve their dream of having children by being a Gestational Carrier (surrogate). She lives in central Arizona, with her children, wife and dogs. She enjoys hiking the endless trails nestled in the forests of never-ending Ponderosa Pine trees. On a late summer day, after a monsoon, the scent of vanilla fills the air in a forest of Ponderosas. She grew up in the South and occasionally in a nostalgic way, embraces the southern side of her personality with a Moonpie. She loves the smell of an old bookstore, and at any given time has a pile of books she is reading simultaneously because she can’t choose just one.
