Holly Nicole helps spiritual women with trauma who are ready to get unstuck and cultivate freedom in their lives. Holly holds graduate studies in Social Work and is a certified Social & Emotional Intelligence Coach. She is a Trauma Informed 500hr Yoga teacher, 250hr Advanced Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Licensed Massage Therapist, and holds an undergraduate degree in Chicano Studies and Elementary Education with certifications in Culturally & Linguistically Diverse Education and ESL (English as a Second Language). She has taught in a number of educational settings, yoga studios, and currently runs her own Emotional Health & Shadow work coaching business in Baja California Sur, Mexico and Denver, Colorado Holly’s passions include yoga, time with her kids and friends, hiking, dancing, andvocacy, and of course, writing.
