What Resilience looks like
Iltha E. Rodriguez was born and raised in Northern Mexico. After deciding to take a break from a full time career in finance, she is now exploring her most genuine interests including art, cooking, and social entrepreneurship—a little excited, a little terrified as usual.
She loves good conversations, getting to know new places (whether big cities or small towns), the bliss after a challenging and dynamic yoga class that she thought she may not survive, and the taste and smell of different spices and teas.

An Open Letter to the Men who Ghost Us, the Men who Think Not Caring is Cool.
The “Aha” Moment that took me from Neurotic Overthinker to Artist.
We're community-driven. We're dedicated to sharing "the mindful life" beyond the core or choir, to all those who don't yet know they give a care. We focus on anything that's good for you, good for others, and good for our planet.
