Jennifer Nurick

Jennifer Nurick, MA, specializes in healing anxious attachment, attachment injuries, and childhood trauma. She is a licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, trauma specialist, Couple Counsellor and Energetic Healer. She is the founder and voice of Psychotherapy Central, a Director of the International Energetic Healing Association, and an Ambassador for A Sound Life charity and The Embody Lab. She has been working in the healing space for over 20 years, where she has helped thousands of clients with her unique healing techniques.

Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychotherapy and has considerable training in spiritual psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR therapy, somatic psychotherapy and couples therapy and has extensive knowledge and experience with complex trauma. She is an author and the founder of the Psychotherapy Central Podcast and offers transformational courses to help individuals and couples heal trauma and build secure long-term relationships.
