Inge Sengelmann is an eternal seeker of Truth. Certified as a ParaYoga, ParaYoga Nidra, and Rest & Renew teacher, her goal is to help people discard the layers of stress that block their inner radiance so they can heal, shine, and experience inner peace and joy not marred by outer experiences. Initiated in 2012 into the Himalayan Tantric lineage of Sri Vidya, she relies on the time-tested practices of the sages of the tradition. She is also a licensed clinical social worker and Somatic Experiencing practitioner and consultant. She loves to share the wisdom she’s received through practice, learning, and community.
