Somehow, Jeffery Hyde Thompson manages to thrive on the tension between psychotherapist and goofball motormouth, between mystic and clown. It all comes out in his writing, his music, and his videos. He hopes you enjoy the whole spectrum of what he has to offer. This New Orleans native has made his home in every “power spot” in the country, from Austin to Boulder, and now calls Asheville, NC his home. He lives there with his wife, Liz, and his dog Milton. Jeff teaches “Improv Therapy” classes in Asheville, and is also passionate about providing coaching and therapy on an individual basis to people who want to access greater wholeness, spontaneity, and joy in their lives.
