I Wonder what would happen if you Just Sat Still.
Jen DeBalli Fisher is a mom, wife, daughter, lover of dogs and nature, yoga student, and yoga teacher. She is imperfect, flawed, messy, mistake-ridden, loved, glorious, and learning. Through this life, she continues to learn that she really doesn’t know anything and then falls again and learns more. Nature inspires her by its willingness to move forward, to drop the things that are heavy, to grow again. We really aren’t that different; not from people now or from our ancestors. The human condition hasn’t changed—just the world around us. We need to remember that connection.

We're community-driven. We're dedicated to sharing "the mindful life" beyond the core or choir, to all those who don't yet know they give a care. We focus on anything that's good for you, good for others, and good for our planet.
