As a 20-year veteran of multi-restaurant management and a trauma survivor, Jenn Armstrong-Solomon is an expert at being stressed out. The first time she stepped on her mat in an Ashtanga class she finally felt free to be a beginner—free to experience and find curiosity. She’s been an avid practitioner and student of yoga since. She currently lives in Park City, Utah with her spouse and four dogs, where she is a full time yoga teacher who specializes in trauma yoga therapies.
