Julie Strittmatter is a yoga and mindfulness instructor and passionate learner in life. Julie shares her gifts as a teacher, mentor, yogi, author, and general curator of wellness, authenticity, and heart through Sun + Soul Shine Yoga. She holds a B.A. in secondary education english and a minor in writing. She is an RCYT and ERYT200. Her passions and professions have led her to call many places home; The Big Island of Hawaii, the mountains of Colorado, a small town in eastern Iowa, and now, back to her roots outside of Philadelphia.
