Plant Medicine – Beyond the Trend of Quick Fix Healing
After a tough divorce, Julie embarked on a healing journey, delving into childhood trauma & conditioned patterns that were holding her back from truly connecting with life and those around.
This journey of self-exploration opened her mind to the often-dormant self- healing potential that lives within us all.
Seeing the power in taking responsibility for her mental and physical health, through holistic healing practices such as yoga, meditation, nourishment of mind, body, soul with high vibe food, time in nature & connection to the beauty found in the present moment has been key in assisting me her on her journey, inspiring her to share all she continues to learn.
Certified yoga instructor, student of Ayurveda and vegetarian chef, Julie get fired up, exploring the various ways we are conditioned in this life, and how it relates to how we show up in the world. She is passionate about creating safe spaces for others to gather and do the same and offers this in a retreat setting in Hawaii.
While no 2 paths are exactly alike, Julie believes, at the core, many of us suffer from the same afflictions of heart and mind in this fast-paced, performance driven world we find ourselves in, which is why she believes it’s powerful to come together to discuss and explore ourselves and our patterns together.
