She has been a leader in the education field and is actively involved with many professional associations and boards. These experiences allowed her to travel to Washington D.C. as the Arizona Library Association’s Legislative Chair. Her role advocated for Arizona library issues on the federal and state level. Aside from work trips, Kathy has a driving passion for international travel. She is inspired by the ways in which other cultures live, work and play. Kathy understands there is much to learn from other cultures.
