Kelly Hansard is a software professional and local Texan with a variety of passions. Throughout her career, she has taken every opportunity to learn more about her industry and the world around her. Whether it be through college courses or individual pursuits, Kelly has always emphasized the importance of education in her life. Outside of her career, Kelly embraces every travel opportunity that comes her way. Whether through exploring her own city or one across the globe, Kelly embraces these opportunities and uses her experiences to her advantage. It was after her time at WSP USA that Kelly Hansard decided to make her return to higher education. As someone who has always held a high emphasis on education, Kelly knew it was time to return to pursue her Master’s degree. In June of 2020, Kelly graduated again from The University of Texas at Austin with her Master of Business Administration. With her newfound love of business and past studies in technology, Kelly began her search for a role that would fit both of these needs. Shortly into her time of job searching, she accepted a position with BMC Software as a Senior Program Manager, a position that she has held ever since obtaining her latest degree.

Looking forward, Kelly hopes to continue excelling in her industry while also embracing her love of travel. Travel is essential to creating a healthy work-life balance, and Kelly Hansard is no stranger to prioritizing this in her life. Although she has already experienced many parts of the world, Kelly has only scratched the surface of her travel bucket list.
