Leonora Russell is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked in the field of Social Work and Mental Health for the last 18 years. She previously worked for DSHS for 11 years as a State Social Worker with the Office of African American Children Services, Indian Child Welfare, and Family Treatment Court. Prior to her work with the State she worked with United Indians of All Tribes doing cultural-based counseling in the Native American community. She currently is working towards licensure as a Chemical Dependency Professional and volunteers with several community organizations. Ms. Russell spent part of her childhood in India and has lived and worked abroad, as well as enjoying extensive world travel. She has a keen interest in integrating mental health work with the therapeutic medicinal promise of psychedelics.
