The Power of Mudras: the Healing is in our Hands.
Kristen Kolenda is the youngest of three and having spent most of her life trying to get others to pay attention to what she has to say, she’s so happy you’re reading this. There are 3 different signs in her kitchen, gifted from her Aunts, that explain Kristen is in fact “not bossy” (as some may think) but instead “has leadership skills”, “better ideas” and is “motivational”. Teaching yoga was a natural profession for Kristen as she now regularly has a captive audience with which to share her ideas, motivation, and leadership skills. In her yoga classes, Kristen specializes in helping you to find the missing piece of your wellness puzzle, to feel like yourself again. Kristen loves her family, horses, dogs, and all animals, preferring activities in which one of more can be present. Those activities include but are not limited to a walk through the woods, curling up under a blanket, travel, and swimming in the ocean. Her group and 1:1 yoga classes are designed to inspire mindfulness, awareness, and guide students to better wellness. Her writing is inspired by her teaching, observations and gift of connecting the dots. You can learn more about Kristen, sign up for her newsletter, and join her online classes here or take class on your own time with her On Demand Videos on Vimeo. Look for tips and tricks from Kristen via Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
