Lanita England is a certified Mindfulness Coach/Educator (CME), Certified Yoga Instructor (200ERYT), Certified Doula, Birth Educator and Prenatal Yoga Instructor (RPYT). She works with clients for trauma informed mindfulness and yoga personal coaching. She is also a birth worker, empowering women to birth in power. She is also currently teaching Mindfulness and Yoga as an elective for a middle school in Phoenix, AZ and instruct and certify students/teachers at Gilbert Yoga in Gilbert, Az. She is now exploring her passion of words and exploring writing! She loves to hike, travel, explore and have moments of blissful belly laughing with her friends and beautiful daughter!
