Leah Schroeder

Leah Schroeder is the owner of Soma & Spirit, a somatic coaching and Women’s radical health consulting practice. She is a prenatal & birth doula, menstrual cycle & fertility educator, embodiment guide, and artist. Her work focuses on bridging the gaps between individual and collective healing, empowered self-expression, community, conflict resolution and transformational activism. Leah helps her clients by facilitating trauma resolution, breakthroughs into deeper self-worth, secure attachment, and confidence through the connection between the menstrual cycle, womb, somatic trauma healing, and creative expression. She got her BA in International Security and Conflict Resolution and carries a deep awareness of our interconnected global community, micro and macro systems, and peace-making, which is at the root of her work and all she creates. Leah is living in intentional community, co-creating a collective vision of accessible holistic healing resources in Northern California.
