Lilly Bechtel, founder of Body Song Yoga, is a Writer, Musician, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Instructor. Since 2006, she has lead yoga and arts workshops in yoga studios, correctional facilities, rehabilitation centers, and veteran’s hospitals. Her creative and non-fiction writing has appeared in various publications, including USA Today and The Huffington Post, and she is the contributing editor of Best Practices for Yoga with Veterans, a book published by the Yoga Service Council in 2016. She currently offers Yoga and Creative Writing Workshops around the country and tours with her band, Night Teacher.
