Lorraine Labus

Lorraine Labus is currently living in southeastern Pennsylvania, where she enjoys being with her young adult children, her boyfriend, her friends, and her beloved yellow lab Jack. She is a registered 500-hour RYT yoga teacher who offers public and private yoga and is available for Ayurvedic consulting. Lorraine taught second grade in Flint and Burton, Michigan before giving up her career teaching elementary school in favor of being a stay-at-home mom. Her emancipation day was April 26th after choosing to leave a marriage after 28 years. This passionate pitta/vata prakruti loves a good cheese plate, with a glass of wine, winning at card games, especially against her boyfriend and nice pair of socks. Her happy places include Lewes Delaware and DSW. In the summer you will find her happily boating on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland. Her mantra is to be the best version of you. Her belief is that when she is 80, she will be fabulous; right now she is just marinating. This lady is a nonconformist who does not get a flu shot, nor can you find her on Facebook by choice.
