Here’s a little message from her: “The journey of freeing your voice and expressing your truth can heal all areas of your life. Imagine a world where we all express ourselves absolutely freely, without fear, shame, or guilt, purely what’s real and true for us. And imagine a world where we could hold space for and receive each other’s truth without judging or defending ourselves, a world where every interaction with another human left us a little bit more healed. Openhearted communication is my jam! I wouldn’t say it comes easy to me or that I nail it every time it’s been a fucking deep and messy journey for me. But now I have the experience and knowledge of what not to do and therefore learned all the skills and tools of what to do and how. YAY! I am a woman, who loves to play with words. I write poetry, songs and tell many stories to myself in my head. Some are inspiring and fun, some I should really stop telling myself or rewrite! I have been fascinated by the voice, human psychology and behavior, and creative expression my whole life. Experiencing challenges with my voice as a singer, I went through a whole bunch of teachers until I found the one who helped me free my voice as well as doing a lot of personal development work to find the confidence that can affect the voice too, I can tell you!”
