Bereavement Leave Doesn’t Give us Enough Time to Grieve the Death of Someone we…
Lynn Mulholland is a straight-forward and high-energy coach who thrives on the energy found through ideation and the process of sifting through diverse thoughts and perspectives to come up with actionable plans. She is known for her ability to have honest (and sometimes tough) conversations. She is proud of her role in the successes of those she has worked with and enjoys coaching people to help them find their North Star.
On a more personal level, she is a wife, mother, and bereaved parent, stepmother to adult children, daughter, sister, friend, business owner, and crazy dog person. For more than 25 years, she was a human resources leader specializing in talent, leadership, career development, and change management. For the last 15 years she was a senior HR executive at one of the largest financial services companies in the world. In that role, she specialized in coaching leaders to connect authentically and transparently with themselves, their teams, peers, and clients while tackling their business challenges.
Her life’s challenges and celebrations help her relate to her clients and their unique circumstances. She believes in laughter, love, and the power of gratitude. She believes that wholehearted living allows us to lead with courage, compassion, vulnerability, and strength. She knows the loving chaos of her large family gives her inspiration, keeps her grounded, and motivates her to begin each day with joy.
