I am a Martha Beck Wayfiner Life Coach working towards my certification. After raising 4 children, getting a Master of Social Work degree, working in social services and assuming two significant leadership roles in my community, I am ready for what is next. I want to help other women, who like me, through the chaos of their thoughts, may have forgotten who they were meant to be. I stand by that you are NOT the voice inside your head, you are just the one who hears it. I believe we all have a beautiful spirit inside of us that gets trapped in our “I am not enough” thoughts. I want to help clients find the key(s) to their authentic selves. We all have the ability to look at our thoughts and choose how we think. Inside one’s mosaic of thoughts, there is peace, flow and meaning. I can guide you through the fragments to uncover your essential self.  I live in South Jersey with my husband of 32 years.
