Marsha is a Certified Meditation Teacher who offers free content on Insight Timer. After a lifelong battle with depression and anxiety, she discovered meditation and used it as a tool for healing. Realizing the power of meditation as a catalyst for profound healing, Marsha decided that she wanted to uplift those who need it the most by sharing this gift with the world.
Today, Marsha works to empower her students through the content she creates. As an empath, she knows first-hand the difficulties of dealing with overstimulation and stress from the outside world. By sharing meditation, she crafts a sacred space where practitioners can focus on stepping in to the most revitalized and empowered version of themselves. Marsha encourages her students to safely explore their inner landscapes without fear or judgment, leading to deep and lasting healing.
