I am an artist, a seeker, an explorer of consciousness and pathways for healing; healing for my self, my family, my community, and the planet at large. I create work that is all about nurturing the seeds of goodness in people. My art functions like visual meditations and reminders of how we live in a vast and mysterious universe, filled with love and connection. In short, I want to fill the world with positive energy and inspiration to grow our planet into the place we all know it can be in our hearts. Along with being a visual artist, I am a yoga teacher, and art educator. I also enjoy writing and reflecting on my experiences and observations in the world. I use my writing as a tool to deepen my own understanding on topics that interest me, such as spirituality in the modern world, consciousness, and healing.
