Mohini’s life experiences have inspired her to understand her mind and unconscious processes. Mohini holds a BSc in Mathematics & Psychology, qualified Advanced Hatha Yoga teacher, a Raw food chef and a UKCP trainee Attachment-based Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist. Mohini also holds over nine years experience in the Financial Sector.

Mohini’s diverse qualifications and experience helps her to work holistically and connect with a diverse range of individuals. Mohini’s aim is to empower clients and to support them in understanding their body through Yoga&food and unconscious processes that have ultimately shaped their behaviours and relationships. Once awareness of the unconscious forces is cultivated then it becomes possible to start identifying different ways of behaving, reacting and thus moving towards a more fulfilled and authentic life.
