Mylene Cayer

Mylene Cayer is a freelance digital nomad. She’s a passionate, introverted, dreamer with strong intuition and an open mind. She excels in problem-solving and she blooms whenever she’s out of her comfort zone. In September 2022, she left everything in Quebec to start her own business and since then, she has been a solo traveller, around the world.

She’s a yogini. Each morning is a dance with the fresh air, a deep inhale followed by a calming exhale, a symphony of focus. Her love for Ashtanga yoga guides her daily practice, a stimulating morning routine that explores the recesses of her inner being, calming the tumult of her mind.

She’s a high sensitive traveler. She left to discover the beauty. She needed to see what the world had the best to offer. She wants to be touched by the kindness and generosity of people, as she was in Nepal and restore her faith in humanity. She wants to cry in front of the immensity of the sunsets, as it was the case, on the Koh Tao’s Island. Smell the smells of a street full of history, like those where she walked in Bhaktapur, or feel tiny by the majesty of the mountains, like on Lombok’s Island. She wants to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves or into the silence of a desert. She would like her eyes to be dazzled by all these little details they can experience. She wants all her senses to be awake, in each of her discoveries.
