Learning process of a child starts from the day it is conceived, during this process of nurturing we learnt too many things and came across to many words. ” Yoga” is also one of the term we already heard of. we all had went to one or two classes of yoga in our school days but that time it’s more of regular class instead of self awareness. I started connecting with the yoga in 2012 when I joined 5 day yoga retreat in Bali and I came to know about the gravity of yoga which motivated me to practice Ashtanga yoga and the process of self transformation started in the beautiful place like Hawaii where I learnt Hatha yoga , Kundalini yoga and restorative too . Since then expedition of adhering and teaching yoga has never adjourned.
